Summary
🤩
RockstarJ Hunyady is a serial founder and technology executive with 7 years of recent experience leading real-time data and streaming platforms from California, and over two decades in networking and security engineering. As Founder & CEO of InfinyOn he builds app-centric, real-time interaction platforms, after founding and exiting Zokets to NGINX where he later led Service Mesh and microservices product strategy. He has repeatedly scaled engineering organizations—from early-stage teams to 60+ engineers at Gigamon—and delivered networking and security products used at carrier and enterprise scale. His background spans hands-on protocol and systems design (firewalls, ALG, media gateways) through product leadership and cloud-native orchestration. Known for translating complex infrastructure needs into simple developer workflows, he combines operational rigor with an entrepreneur’s appetite for shipping differentiated platforms. Based in the U.S., he blends deep systems expertise with a track record of building companies that industrialize real-time application delivery.
