Senior🎓
Top SchoolJaap Suter is a pragmatic software engineer based in Vancouver with 15 years of hands-on experience and a 25-year arc of building high-performance systems across games, tooling, and infrastructure. He has shipped core runtime libraries and parallelization solutions at EA, driven procedural R&D for AAA titles, and recently contributes to large-scale engineering at Meta after roles at Roblox and UrbanLogiq. Comfortable across C++, rendering, tooling, and computer vision, he’s repeatedly bridged research and production—evident from projects like a structured-light 3D scanner and an MSIL-to-LLVM C# runtime. Known for practical problem solving, he pairs deep low-level expertise with a knack for shipping pragmatic engineering solutions under real-world constraints.
