Top SchoolJacek Bajor is a Berlin-based software engineer with 11 years of experience building production-grade ML and backend systems across automotive, medical devices, and life sciences. He moves projects from research prototypes to certified, deployable products—having led ML model development, data pipeline engineering, and integration with hospital and cloud infrastructures. Recently he rebuilt core backend services, introduced microservices and IaC, and managed a Kubernetes migration to improve scalability and cost-efficiency. Equally comfortable writing high-performance C++/Cython post-processing code and designing observability-first cloud architectures, he blends deep technical rigor with a strong sense for operational maintainability. A practical problem-solver, he has hands-on experience acquiring and curating large, sensitive datasets and aligning development with regulatory requirements.
