Senior🎓
Top SchoolJack Bayliss is a pragmatic full-stack developer with 9 years’ experience specialising in PHP and the Laravel/TALL stack, currently building production information systems used by one of the UK’s largest supermarket chains. He has led development teams and served as Head of Development and Director, shipping bespoke SaaS and client-facing platforms, mobile apps and fintech systems from concept to production. Jack pairs backend expertise (MySQL, AWS, Python Lambdas) with frontend work in Vue and integrations across e-commerce APIs (Shopify, PrestaShop), and routinely handles infrastructure, deployments and support. He’s comfortable mentoring junior engineers, running code reviews and documenting complex client requirements, and has a track record of scaling product syncs for tens of thousands of SKUs. Colleagues would describe him as a "jack of all trades, master of some"—a versatile builder who moves between hands-on coding and technical leadership.
