Top SchoolJack Beegan is a Senior Software Engineer based in Dublin with nine years of experience building customer-focused product features across Ember.js frontends and Ruby on Rails backends at Intercom. He blends strong product intuition and customer empathy with hands-on ownership—shipping end-to-end features, external integrations, automation flows, and a front-end UI overhaul for the Inbox team. Beyond feature work he’s contributed to team reliability through observability, monitoring, and AWS scaling policies, and earlier implemented an SSH certification program while in product security. A First Class Honours Computer Science graduate from University College Dublin, Jack thrives at the intersection of engineering, product, and design, often pushing technical scope into product decisions to shape better solutions.
