Top SchoolJack Madans is a product leader with 14 years of experience designing data platforms, governance, and public-facing analytics for government and civic tech. Currently leading the Judicial Council of California’s data warehouse and public reporting portfolio, he has shifted analytics platforms from optional tooling to core reporting infrastructure and led data governance that enables transparent dashboard releases. Previously he built statewide digital services used by millions, including a fine reduction tool that delivered over $118M in relief, and launched the US arm of a public-interest tech company later acquired by Granicus. He blends policy instincts from a UC Berkeley political science background with hands-on product strategy and stakeholder orchestration across courts, agencies, and civic coalitions. Known for turning complex public-sector requirements into usable products, he also co-founded advocacy tech projects that tied policy campaigns to measurable civic outcomes.
