Top SchoolJack Neil is a physician-engineer and CEO/Founder based in South Carolina who blends eight years of clinical practice with deep expertise in AI-driven healthcare automation. As founder of HANK, he builds cognitive automation that learns human decision-making using NLP, neural networks, and autonomous programming to accelerate clinical workflows with smaller training datasets than typical ML approaches. He concurrently practices as an anesthesiologist at the Medical University of South Carolina and serves on multiple national committees shaping health IT and AI policy. Previously he led clinical technology at MedStream and helped architect perioperative systems deployed across hospitals, and he cofounded startups focused on consent-aware data marketplaces and IP-driven projects. Jack holds an MD and a BS in Computer Information Systems, a combination that underpins his rare ability to translate clinical needs into production-grade AI products. Oddly grounded by early experience as a pecan-cracking "CCO," he brings hands-on operational grit to high-stakes healthcare innovation.
