Senior🎓
Top SchoolJack Perkins is a data scientist based in Austin with 12 years of applied analytics experience and a B.S. in Computational Modeling & Data Analytics from Virginia Tech. Since 2020 he’s worked at GE Aviation, translating supply chain data into actionable insights and deploying ML models to predict shipment behavior and surface inventory faults. His background blends rigorous quantitative training—minors in mathematics, statistics, and computer science—with hands-on roles from analytics internships to software design. Jack favors pragmatic engineering over repository sprawl (his GitHub note hints at a minimalist, migration-first approach). He excels at turning complex operational datasets into production-ready models that improve logistics efficiency. Colleagues value his mix of domain fluency, disciplined analysis, and an engineer’s instinct for maintainable solutions.
