Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolJack Pooley is a software engineer based in Zurich with a strong mobile-first background and two years of recent industry experience complemented by a decade of earlier hands-on iOS work. He has moved from individual contributor roles into leadership and founding positions—founding Polyglot, serving as Head of Mobile Engineering at Blockchain.com, and most recently joining Matter Labs—demonstrating both product and technical ownership across fintech and crypto domains. His career shows a pattern of building and scaling mobile teams and products, with practical expertise in iOS engineering and UX dating back to early roles in 2009–2015. Jack blends technical delivery with business insight from a Business & Management education and has repeatedly transitioned between startups and larger organizations, suggesting strong adaptability and an operator’s mindset. A detail not immediately obvious: despite a compact recent experience window, his progression reflects sustained leadership in mobile engineering at crypto-forward companies, positioning him well for complex, security-conscious mobile platforms.
