Top SchoolJack Stupple is a Senior Site Reliability Engineer based in Leeds with 11 years of hands-on experience building and operating resilient cloud-native systems. He specialises in Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker and observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo), and has a track record of turning monitoring proofs-of-concept into production-grade platforms and training colleagues to scale them. Jack combines backend engineering experience across PHP, Go, Python and Node.js with practical DevOps skills (Puppet/Ansible) to provision cost-optimised infrastructure and integrate diverse APIs (SOAP/REST/gRPC/GraphQL). He founded a scalable Trovo bot project that demonstrates his ability to design distributed, high-throughput systems using Go and Node.js alongside robust observability. Colleagues rely on him to spot risks early via dashboards and metrics, and he brings a pragmatic, cross-disciplinary approach from frontend campaign builds to large-scale SRE operations.
