Summary
🤩
RockstarJack Wight is a seasoned technical writer and documentation strategist with over 6 years of hands-on experience crafting enterprise documentation for healthcare, finance, cloud, and avionics products. He has repeatedly translated complex engineering and security requirements into clear developer, admin, and user guides—having led documentation for Microsoft, Boeing, Expedia, Intuit, and MCG Health in high-stakes, compliance-driven projects. Comfortable in agile and large-program environments, Jack pairs information architecture and MadCap/Swagger expertise with a history of driving repository and style standardization that saved teams time and reduced rework. His cross-functional background spanning R&D and business roles gives him rare perspective as both product advocate and process improver, and he’s known for implementing pragmatic tooling and CMS solutions that cut costs and accelerated releases.
