Senior🎓
Top SchoolJackie Rosenzveig is a seasoned documentation and developer experience leader who has built and scaled doc programs across startups and large enterprises, currently directing Documentation and Doc Experience at Cloudinary. With a background in marketing from UW–Madison and over two decades of hands-on tech writing and management at companies like HPE and Cloudinary, she blends product-minded UX design, API/SDK advocacy, and data-driven "doc-led growth" strategies to drive self-serve revenue. She architects doc portals as products, contributes to PR code reviews, and leads cross-department initiatives that align developer content with business OKRs. Beyond docs, Jackie brings practical coding fluency, agile delivery experience, and a curiosity for biotech topics, while volunteering as an EMT and serving as an international gymnastics judge—an unusual mix that underscores her calm leadership under pressure and attention to detail.
