Top SchoolJacklyn Biggin is a Developer Relations Lead with nine years of experience building developer communities, technical content, and education programs across startups and enterprise teams. She has driven measurable growth—producing a YouTube catalog with hundreds of thousands of views, scaling Discord from 9k to 37k members, and founding a rapid-response hackathon that attracted 3,500 participants. Her background blends hands-on engineering (automation with JavaScript, OpenShift tooling) with learning design and a Master’s in Digital Experience Innovation from Waterloo, enabling her to turn complex developer needs into clear docs, courses, and workflows. Comfortable running events, ambassador programs, and sponsor activations, she pairs analytics-driven content prioritization with creative storytelling to boost adoption. Based in Toronto and formerly at Autocode, Automattic, RBC and Major League Hacking, she’s as fluent in running workshops for thousands as she is in shipping scripts that automate manual processes.
