Senior🎓
Top SchoolJackson Pauls is a seasoned software engineering manager with 14 years of experience leading delivery of cloud-native healthcare and enterprise systems, now guiding engineering at Addepar. He built end-to-end radiology platforms at Biotronics3D — teleradiology, RIS, patient and referrer portals, and peer-review workflows — adopted by major private imaging providers across the UK and Europe. Equally comfortable as a hands-on architect and a people leader, he pairs deep technical skills (DICOM, HL7, cloud orchestration) with a user-focused product mindset to drive reliable, compliant clinical software. His background in bespoke web and mobile apps for SMBs includes payments, HMRC and banking integrations, and BI dashboards, showing a knack for connecting systems that handle sensitive data at scale. Early research on learning classifier systems and a stock-market simulation engine reflects a long-standing curiosity about AI and agent-based systems that still informs his pragmatic approach to complex problems.
