Top SchoolJacob Cavazos is a founder-CEO and technical operator who applies a background in computational chemistry and nine years of engineering experience to hard-problem fintech and growth systems. He founded ORKID Labs to translate molecular-dynamics rigor into Financial Molecular Dynamics for MEV mitigation and market stabilization, shipping an MVP in under 24 hours and running production sensors on Polygon with multi-chain rollout underway. Prior roles span developer, solutions engineer, and GTM systems architect work—building B2B omnichannel growth stacks that generated a $3M pipeline and engineering products for traders and quant teams via Cadence Systems. Jacob blends hands-on low-latency decision-engine design with practical commercialization: designing sub-5ms Guardrail SDKs, negotiating revenue-share and yield-neutral business models, and leading seed fundraising. A former computational chemist comfortable on HPC clusters, he brings uncommon cross-domain fluency—physics-inspired modeling applied to real-world market microstructure and growth operations.
