Top SchoolJacob Moncur is a seasoned engineering leader and entrepreneur with 13 years of experience building mobile-first products and leading engineering organizations, currently serving as VP of Engineering at Crumbl Cookies. He combines hands-on mobile and backend development roots—from senior app roles at i.TV and BambooHR to founding startups like WildML and Koa—with strategic leadership in scaling teams and systems. His career blends product-focused engineering (including consumer apps and a color-discovery startup) with hardware-adjacent experience from an electrical engineering background at BYU. Based in Salem, Utah, he pairs operational rigor with a founder’s instinct for consumer product design, recently translating that into a flavored superfood beverage venture while still steering enterprise engineering at scale.
