Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolJacob Williams is a technology leader and full-stack developer with 12 years of experience building web products, technical infrastructure, and community-focused programs in rural Northern California. As Programs & Technology Coordinator for the Quincy Chamber of Commerce and Director of Technology at Indian Valley Innovation Hub, he has consulted with 50+ local businesses, led branding and website redesigns, and secured grant funding to boost regional commerce. He combines hands-on engineering—shipping front-end features used by hundreds of thousands at Toggl—with practical IT work like CRM implementations, self-hosted tooling, and webcast operations. A committed digital literacy instructor, Jacob has guided 100+ learners (including those with disabilities) to meet technology milestones and designed accessible curricula for adult learners. He’s equally comfortable prototyping UI components and automations as he is teaching a beginner how to use a smartphone, which reflects a rare blend of product-grade engineering and grassroots technical advocacy. Based in Quincy, CA, he focuses on making technology an accessible engine for sustainable local economic growth.
