Top SchoolJade Glaze is a seasoned technology leader and founder with over two decades of hands-on experience building production software, leading engineering teams, and translating complex data science into user-friendly products. As CTO and Founder of LeadSifter and former Head of Engineering at Sleuth and Senior Manager at Brace, she has shipped systems spanning machine learning pipelines, mobile/web apps, and mission-critical backend services. She blends deep technical fluency in Java, Python and C++ with product-minded architecture work—everything from semantic search with sBERT and Pinecone to large-scale reservation and shipping microservices. A committed mentor and team builder, she’s known for coaching through memorable catchphrases and creating inclusive, diverse teams that tolerate no ambiguity about authenticity. Pragmatic and research-grounded, Jade pairs early R&D in OCR and image processing with modern ML-in-production experience, making her a rare bridge between lab research and reliable shipping software. Based in New York, she also advises logistics and operations at Birds of Valhalla, applying her systems thinking to real-world impact.
