Senior🎓
Top SchoolJade Henry is a Senior Software Engineer with 10 years of experience building and modernizing cloud-native, data-intensive platforms—currently leading platform and compute migrations at Panalgo in Waltham, MA. They combine hands-on expertise in AWS (EMR, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch), containerization, and infrastructure-as-code with a background in software security and reverse engineering from MITRE. Jade has a pragmatic track record of cutting costs and improving reliability for terabyte-scale analytics by moving monolithic, per-client systems to multi-tenant, auto-scaling architectures and introducing serverless microservices. Comfortable working across Ruby on Rails, Spark/Iceberg, and legacy stacks, they also engage directly with clients to shape features and compliance-driven deployments. Outside of production work, Jade enjoys exploring novel tabletop software ideas—a hint of creative, product-oriented curiosity beyond typical engineering duties.
