Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolJai Dewani is a Senior Software Design Engineer based in Bengaluru with eight years of experience building scalable full-stack systems at ZEISS, having progressed from intern to senior engineer. He blends engineering discipline with product thinking, proactively identifying friction and designing systems to prevent problems 3–6 months before they surface. Comfortable across the MERN stack and Python, Jai pairs competitive programming roots with practical execution to convert ideas into production-ready features. He values long-term technical decision-making and helps teams avoid avoidable mistakes through careful architecture and early safeguards. Outside work he’s an otaku who keeps a curious, hands-on mentality—an approach that surfaces in both creative problem solving and mentoring younger engineers.
