Senior🎓
Top SchoolJair Foro is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and seasoned technical lead with over a decade of experience designing cloud-native, secure, and business-driven platforms across regulated European and consumer markets. He combines hands-on engineering (Go, Node/NestJS, PHP) with product-level architecture, having founded a cloud-native loyalty platform and led large digital transformations at companies like DELTA Fiber, MediaMarkt, and OLX. Jair excels at embedding security, auditability and governance into event-driven, multi-account AWS environments, translating regulatory needs into immutable, traceable architectures. He is equally comfortable mentoring teams and aligning stakeholders through clear ADRs and long-term tech strategy, having established Tech Guilds and Security Champions programs. A pragmatic builder, he blends infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD and serverless patterns to deliver scalable, compliant systems while retaining an entrepreneur’s eye for product-market fit.
