Top SchoolJake Downs is a Principal Program Manager with 11 years of cross-functional experience driving operational efficiency, product health, and payments programs within Amazon’s DSP organization. He blends a strong supply-chain and finance background with MBA-trained leadership from Notre Dame to translate complex technical and business requirements into reliable, customer-focused implementations. Known for asking lots of questions and building lasting relationships, Jake has repeatedly moved between finance, channel management, and services to scale programs and mentor teams. He led process improvements early in his career (a Six Sigma Green Belt project that halved implementation timelines) and now focuses on enabling network health and payments resilience at scale.
