Top SchoolJakob Kruse is a managing consultant and seasoned software engineer based in Copenhagen with over 17 years of professional experience and a software career spanning 25+ years. He specializes in building durable, maintainable desktop and web applications, and has combined hands-on development with project planning and management across long-term public sector and consultancy engagements. Jakob has deep domain experience from industrial deployments—such as implementing packaging line management systems in Thailand—and long-standing part-time consultancy at Denmark’s road authority where he supported application development, analysis and internal IT processes. He brings technical product management experience from early Pervasive product lines and a practical focus on standardization and support that keeps systems running in production. Colleagues know him for preferring solutions that "last"—prioritizing clarity, reliability and operational sustainability over quick fixes.
