Top SchoolJakub Cech is a seasoned engineering leader with 11 years of experience scaling teams and shipping products across web2 and web3, currently serving as Head of Engineering at Avail. Jakub excels at building cross-functional teams that take decentralized and traditional web products from prototype to production. Based in Svalbard, he pairs a pragmatic, systems-oriented approach with curiosity about AI, and—on a lighter note—enjoys fishing and following Taylor Swift's cats.
