Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolJakub Dobry is a software engineer with a decade of experience building high-traffic, resilient systems and leading engineering teams. He scaled and operated one of the Czech Republic’s largest game servers—designing distributed load balancing, a Kubernetes cluster, and customer tooling that supported thousands of daily users and 2,500 concurrent players. At JetBrains he architected core components for a greenfield product using TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js and LLMs, and now works on advanced sandboxes for AI agents at E2B. Jakub combines hands-on backend engineering (Java, Kotlin) with modern frontend and cloud-native practices, and has repeatedly taken technical ownership from design through production. He pairs competitive drive in software with competitive sailing at the international level, a discipline that mirrors his focus on performance and continuous improvement. Based in San Francisco with top academic credentials from CTU Prague and international study at RMIT, he brings both entrepreneurial grit and rigorous engineering craftsmanship.
