Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolJakub Igla is a Principal Data Platform Architect with 11+ years of experience designing resilient, secure, and cost-effective cloud-native data platforms and DevOps practices. He blends deep software engineering roots with hands-on platform architecture—building multi-region, self-healing microservices, data pipelines, and governed hybrid cloud solutions. A pragmatic advocate of “build once, run anywhere,” zero-trust networking and compliance-driven development, he mentors teams to adopt DevOps culture and rapid CI/CD feedback loops. His background spans enterprise security, big data (HDFS/Hive), serverless IoT pipelines, and production Kubernetes with service mesh and image security. Based in Warsaw, he is comfortable navigating polyglot environments and trade-offs between IaaS/PaaS to minimise technical debt while optimising cost and governance.
