Top SchoolJakub Jaroszewski is a systems architect and senior software engineer with 13 years of experience building scalable real-time and backend systems, best known for a long tenure shaping Snapchat Calling and for recent work on game server orchestration and generative-AI-enabled 3D tooling. He blends deep systems thinking with hands-on implementation across languages and layers—from low-level networking and infrastructure to full-stack web clients—and has led architecture, performance tuning, and security efforts at scale. Jakub has repeatedly moved projects from prototype to production (AddLive→Snap, Ambient game orchestration, and AI-driven 3D/video tools) and mentors teams while doing heavy technical work himself. Based in Valencia, he’s a Rust enthusiast who enjoys solving hard networking and orchestration problems and often experiments with ML-driven asset generation and embedding V8 for runtime flexibility.
