Top SchoolJakub Kubista is a founder-led technology executive with nine years in IT and a track record of shipping 70+ projects, currently running Utima.cz (AI-first software house) and Kanbu.ai (autonomous, data-safe conversational agents). He blends hands-on engineering with strategic product architecture, focusing on AI Operating Systems, ROI-driven production AI, and practical deployment roadmaps that prevent hallucinations and reduce maintenance overhead. His background spans startups and enterprise engagements—from PwC project delivery to frontend SDK work at Norigin—giving him fluency across product, process mapping, and dev stacks like LangChain, OpenAI API, Python and Next.js. A community-minded practitioner, he’s active in JIC, Asociace.ai and Brno.ai, writes about AI in practice, and uniquely frames engagements by answering the questions companies don’t know how to ask about readiness and economics of AI.
