Top SchoolJakub Maják is a Full Stack Engineer with nine years of hands-on experience building distributed, production-grade systems across Scala backends, modern frontends and cloud-native infrastructure. Currently at Coralogix, he works with Scala, ZIO and gRPC while also shipping Angular UIs and grpc-web integrations, reflecting a true full-stack mindset. He has deep experience in CQRS/microservices, Kafka-backed persistence, Kubernetes deployments and observability—roles where he combined feature design with DevOps, tracing and CI/CD automation. A functional-programming enthusiast, he champions clean code and modern JVM languages and has contributed to notable open-source projects such as Spotify’s Scio. Based in Košice, Slovakia, he brings pragmatic architecture sense from startups to enterprise projects and a habit of releasing small tooling (e.g., a text-annotation dependency) back to the community.
