Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolJakub Marek is a Mobile Team Lead and iOS developer with eight years of hands-on experience building apps from internships to leading product teams. He progressed from self-taught hobbyist at 15 to co-founder and head of development, gaining deep practical knowledge of end-to-end app lifecycle, cross-team communication and client-facing delivery. At Jober and later IDEACT he helped grow teams, led hiring and shipped greenfield projects, then moved to Finshape where he now guides mobile strategy and execution. Jakub combines pragmatic engineering with people leadership—planning work across departments while still contributing code. He’s comfortable learning new languages and tools as projects demand, a habit born from running a startup through rapid change. Based in Brno, he brings startup grit, client experience and a developer’s attention to detail to mobile product delivery.
