Top SchoolJakub Prochniak is a Director and seasoned UX/UI specialist with over 15 years of commercial experience designing responsive web interfaces and leading multidisciplinary teams. Based in the Borough of Pendle, he progressed from graphic and web design roles into senior and lead UX positions at Jet2 before launching his own freelance practice and founding Kuba Dev Limited. His background blends a formal arts education—Master’s in Graphic Design and multimedia—with practical web development, giving him a strong eye for visual craft and interaction design. Known for turning complex user needs into polished, usable interfaces, he brings both hands-on design skills and strategic leadership to digital product delivery. An unexpected asset is his early training in sculpture and wood-carving, which informs a tactile, detail-oriented approach to visual problem solving.
