Top SchoolJames Eastham is a Senior Developer Advocate with seven years of hands-on experience building serverless systems and championing messaging and asynchronous architectures. He combines a practical polyglot background—particularly .NET and Rust—with a history of cloud infrastructure and consultancy roles at AWS and Datadog, translating complex technical concepts into deployable solutions and developer-facing content. James has led implementation projects across OCR, data integration, and BI, turning messy data into actionable workflows and dashboards that deliver business value. He is an experienced public speaker and content creator who thrives on presenting to large audiences and driving developer adoption. Avidly interested in serverless messaging, he pairs deep implementation experience with a knack for making distributed systems approachable. His international sabbaticals and client-facing roles have sharpened his communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills, making him effective both as an individual contributor and team leader.
