Top SchoolJames Force is a Senior Principal Consultant at Red Hat with six years of consultancy experience delivering large-scale, mission-critical Linux and Kubernetes platforms for enterprise customers. He combines deep hands-on expertise in RHEL, OpenShift, Istio, Ceph/ODF, Ansible and GitOps with a pragmatic Unix-philosophy approach to building reliable, observable infrastructure. A self-starter and versatile technologist, James has designed managed SaaS platforms and led complex migrations and HA/DR database projects across banking, finance and telco environments. He champions open source and agile culture, balancing delivery leadership with day-to-day engineering to ensure systems are maintainable and production-ready. Unusually for a senior consultant, he pairs broad systems fundamentals with detailed operational experience—from storage and Solaris zones to modern cloud-native stacks—making him effective across the full lifecycle of platform delivery.
