Top SchoolJames Henry is a Product Manager and former R&D engineer with 11 years of experience building and productizing embedded and space communication systems from Paris. At Safran he leads NuRoN Reactor, a virtualized satellite modem that combines C++-grade reliability with Docker-based containerization and cloud-scalable resource management to meet real-time mission needs. He blends hands-on firmware and system design experience (C, VHDL, STM32) with product ownership—roadmapping, client liaison, and software qualification—so he can translate complex aerospace constraints into deployable software products. His background includes practical test-bench development at Airbus Defence and Space and an embedded capstone that fused Android and cloud telemetry, reflecting a rare full-stack perspective on space-ground systems. Colleagues value his ability to move between low-level performance tuning and high-level commercialization decisions, enabling flexible licensing and scalable ground-station architectures.
