Senior🎓
Top SchoolJames Kent is a Technical Director and seasoned transformation architect with 11+ years of experience delivering large-scale, mission-critical systems across health, insurance and nonprofit sectors. He combines deep hands-on skills in Node.js, AWS and Salesforce with board-level program leadership, having led AHPRA’s national Salesforce-enabled transformation and architected MLC Life’s $500M separation from NAB. A pragmatic problem-solver, James balances vendor and executive stakeholder management while driving complex integrations (MuleSoft, Azure, Genesys, policy admin platforms) and continuous delivery at scale. He founded MoveData to automate fundraising integrations—turning his passion for philanthropy and prior Mind modernisation work into a commercial product used by major charities. Known for rescuing troubled programs and delivering measurable adoption and operational benefits, he retains active technical currency while operating comfortably at executive levels.
