Senior🎓
Top SchoolJames Margrove is a product-focused software engineer based in Zurich with 8 years’ experience building web and mobile platforms using JavaScript and TypeScript. He combines hands-on front-end architecture—component libraries, custom hooks, SVG UI work—and Node.js back-end and database integration to deliver pragmatic, user-focused products. His background as a doctoral researcher gives him strong experimental-design and data-analysis skills (R, linear-mixed models, PostgreSQL) and experience coordinating large, multi-stakeholder projects and teams. He’s shipped cloud-native deployments with Docker, Kubernetes and gCloud and has moved between commercial and scientific contexts, bridging research rigor with product delivery. Colleagues rely on him for turning messy data and complex requirements into clear, testable features and measurable product outcomes.
