Top SchoolJames Marlowe is a Lead Site Reliability Engineer with 12 years of experience designing and operating resilient AWS-driven infrastructure and leading multi-team DevOps initiatives. At Centene he progressed from application developer to leading SRE projects that span front-end, back-end, and infrastructure dependencies, driving cultural transformation around continuous delivery and feedback. He blends hands-on engineering—building scalable systems, automation, monitoring, and failover—with people leadership that mentors engineers to deliver reliability at scale. Earlier roles include product innovation where he re-architected systems, integrated messaging and RTB partners, and built CI and data pipelines, showing a rare mix of product, infra, and ops experience. Based in Colorado Springs, he’s comfortable moving between code, cloud architecture, and organizational change to cut toil and increase system resilience. Colleagues would note his pragmatic focus on measurable improvements—dashboards, alerts, and automated runbooks—that turn reliability goals into repeatable outcomes.
