Top SchoolJames Reátegui is a Director of Engineering and serial founder with 12+ years building cloud-native web and multi-device products for Latin American and U.S. markets. He combines hands-on architecture and team leadership at DIMO with entrepreneurial experience founding Materia Software (contable.pe, openhealth.pe, veterinari.la) and co-founding the LATAM e‑commerce marketplace Juntoz. Known for shipping customer-focused SaaS—ERPs, practice management and vertical market platforms—he blends product design sensibility with scalable engineering and operational discipline. His background spans early-stage startups to scaling roles at StockX and includes a pattern of turning domain complexity (finance, health, retail) into usable, cloud-first tools. Based in the Detroit area and trained in economics at UC San Diego, he brings a pragmatic business perspective to technical decisions and a track record of launching commercially successful, region-focused software.
