Top SchoolJames Stubbs is a Principal Consultant and seasoned Staff SDET with eight years of experience architecting test-first quality practices for complex frontend and backend systems. He led Celonis’s shift-left E2E testing strategy, building a Screenplay/Playwright framework and DSL that became the company standard and empowered engineers across domains. Comfortable across full-stack technologies and CI/CD, he has a track record of turning legacy systems testable and shipping bespoke testing tools (including a WireMock-inspired webhook mocker). James blends hands-on development with mentoring and design leadership, creating shared domain libraries and scalable testing platforms. Now at Ten10, he continues to drive pragmatic test engineering and quality transformation for enterprise teams. A former journalist-turned-developer, he brings clear communication and advocacy to technically complex initiatives.
