Top SchoolJames Wu is a seasoned engineering leader and entrepreneur with 14 years building scalable e-commerce and web infrastructure, now serving as Co‑Founder and CTO of Centauri AI in San Francisco. He progressed from frontend intern to principal SRE and infrastructure lead at Minted and Tubi, combining hands‑on coding with systems architecture and process automation. James excels at deploying reliable, high‑performance systems at scale, with deep experience in observability, databases, and performance engineering. A UC Berkeley computer science alumnus and Y Combinator participant, he pairs startup grit with product-focused technical leadership. Not obvious from his terse GitHub bio, he still prefers to be in the codebase—writing pragmatic solutions that bridge infrastructure and application layers.
