Top SchoolJamie Catania is a product and engineering leader with nearly a decade in tech startups who currently directs product at Drips, specializing in bridging business goals and engineering execution. They’ve progressed through design, UX engineering, and multi-squad engineering leadership, repeatedly cutting lead times and shipping human-in-the-loop AI/data systems and self-service web products. At Veda they scaled a 17-person org, improved delivery cadence from weeks to days, and introduced frameworks and hiring practices that reduced bugs and burnout. Comfortable in ambiguity, Jamie combines hands-on product design instincts with operational rigor—administering Jira for 80+ users and formalizing processes that let teams move faster without chaos. Their background in instructional systems and informatics gives them a unique lens on user-centered product decisions and measurable learning outcomes.
