Top SchoolJamie Gillenwater is a Staff Technical Writer with six years focused on product documentation for enterprise and AI platforms, currently shaping developer experiences at Confluent after leading docs efforts at Snorkel AI and DataStax. She builds docs-as-code ecosystems—launching docs.snorkel.ai and growing traffic from hundreds to tens of thousands per year—and mentors others through CPTC Training, the only accredited asynchronous CPTC prep course she co-founded. Jamie blends hands-on authoring (DITA, MDX, Antora) with site development, release automation, and UX-minded content strategy to help teams ship clearer, production-ready docs. Based in Greenville, SC, she pairs a background in information design and teaching with a knack for turning complex technical workflows into accessible learning paths.
