Senior🎓
Top SchoolJan Bílek is a product manager with 11 years of hands-on engineering and product experience, currently shaping developer workflows at Snowflake's Developer Platform. He spent five years building Localazy’s B2B SaaS localization stack, leading AI-driven translation quality, LLM evaluation frameworks, and a modern analytics pipeline (Rudderstack, BigQuery, dbt). Equally comfortable in strategy and execution, Jan prototypes in TypeScript, Python, and SQL to validate ideas and align design, data, and engineering. His background includes building developer APIs, CI/CD integrations, and payments microservices, giving him a rare blend of infra, developer experience, and product analytics expertise. Based in Warsaw, he brings a pragmatic discovery mindset—continuous interviews, OST, and story mapping—to prioritize outcomes over outputs.
