Top SchoolJan Dudek is a pragmatic Business Analyst with 13 years of experience translating complex telecom and automotive systems into clear, testable requirements and scalable product features. He has led cross-functional teams and testing operations across banking, telco, and automotive domains, contributing to mobile app deliveries for Škoda and shaping end-to-end QA and automation practices. Comfortable both as a hands-on analyst and a team lead, he blends technical fluency (SOAP/REST, SQL, test automation) with strong stakeholder communication, regularly simplifying intricate workflows for nontechnical audiences. Based in Brno, he pairs methodical process improvements with a creative side as a long-time freelance photographer, an unusual mix that sharpens his observational problem-solving.
