Top SchoolJan Gloser is a pragmatic software engineer with 12 years of experience building web-facing systems and internal tooling, currently at FP Complete and long-active as a freelancer based in Prague. He thrives on technical agility—quickly mastering languages and frameworks as tools to realize a clear vision—and focuses on performance, benchmarking, security, ML and AI. Comfortable across the stack (Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/React, Elm, Go, Docker/K8s, PostgreSQL), he values clarity in specifications and prefers remote work for its efficiency. Known for humility, strong team awareness, and a mordant sense of humor, he balances steady, thoughtful delivery with a freelancer’s instinct to move on when things stop evolving.
