Top SchoolJan Hery is a data scientist based in Munich with six years of experience translating complex data into real-world impact across automotive safety, earth observation, and enterprise software. With a dual background in business informatics and data science (including a Fulbright-funded Master’s stint abroad), he has produced top-graded theses at Porsche and published work accepted at IEEE IV 2025 on predicting crash probabilities. He has applied satellite remote sensing to flood preparedness at NASA and now builds LLM-powered document analytics for the medical domain at TÜV SÜD. Comfortable across the stack—from SAPUI5 frontends to Rust experimentation hinted on his GitHub—he blends product-minded engineering with rigorous research. Notably, his trajectory shows a knack for turning academic results into production-ready solutions that improve safety and resilience.
