Senior🎓
Top SchoolJan Lam is a seasoned software engineer with 11+ years of experience building and architecting web applications and backend systems across PHP, Java, C#, MySQL and MSSQL. Currently at Hostnet, he brings deep hands-on troubleshooting and legacy-to-modernization experience after roles as application architect and team manager for major telco accounts at HP Enterprise Services and Telfort. His career traces back to early web development and operations at World Online and Tiscali, giving him a pragmatic view of production systems and customer-facing platforms. Comfortable across ASP.Net and search technologies, he combines practical coding skills with architecture-level thinking and operational awareness. Colleagues would note his knack for stabilizing complex systems while steadily evolving them rather than chasing the newest trends.
