Top SchoolJan Mikeska is a founder and hands-on CEO with 11+ years of software experience who built GardenRoomPlanner to replace manual quoting for UK garden-room, SIP and pergola businesses with a 3D configurator that speeds sales and reduces errors. He blends product, sales and architecture expertise and has a strong engineering pedigree from roles including Technical Lead at SolarWinds and several senior .NET and full-stack positions. His team ships both a self-serve SaaS and bespoke white-label configurators—powered by a stack of TypeScript, Three.js/WebGL, React, .NET/C# and Azure—that typically go live in about 30 days. Clients report measurable gains (2–3× faster cycles, 45% higher lead quality, 90% fewer manual errors), reflecting his focus on practical ROI rather than just features. Jan also consults and builds custom configurators across furniture, lighting and industrial verticals, bringing a rare mix of 3D WebGL visualization skills and enterprise-grade backend engineering. Based in Czechia, he’s as comfortable in code and architecture as in closing commercial deals.
