Top SchoolJan Paki is a diplomierter Physiker turned full-stack developer with 13 years of IT experience, specializing in Ruby on Rails backends and pragmatic system design. Based in Berlin, he pairs rigorous mathematical-physics training with long-term hands-on development and consultancy work across startups and public projects. Since 2017 he has focused on de-stigmatizing industrial hemp, leading regional projects that link hemp-based building and textile materials to carbon sinks, CO₂-certificates and circular local value chains. He currently combines roles in research, climate-tech advisory and nature-conservation consulting to operationalize sustainable agriculture and profitable carbon-negative business models. Known for translating scientific insight into deployable software and programs, he seeks opportunities that fuse IT, sustainability and hemp innovation.
