Top SchoolJana Gombitova is a Staff Product Manager with 11 years of experience building mission-driven, scalable product platforms across international development and consumer coaching. She has a proven track record of simplifying complexity—reinventing BetterUp’s video coaching stack to support 4K+ daily calls while saving $1M annually and creating a cross-product growth measurement framework for enterprise and individual members. Earlier roles at Akvo and Tandemic show deep expertise in remote data collection, M&E, and shifting teams from waterfall to agile to boost retention and cut costs dramatically. A self-taught PM who learns by doing, Jana pairs UX sensitivity, data-driven decision making, and platform thinking with empathy and resilience to turn ambiguous problems into measurable impact. Based in Haarlem, she brings a rare combination of international development roots and product-scale engineering outcomes, having also led multiple grant-funded implementations and rapid product discovery initiatives.
